General Community Information
We cannot wait to show you around our community! For the tour, please bring a physical government-issued photo ID for check-in, as we cannot accept digital copies. You may also find it helpful to bring your phone or a notebook to take photos and notes, and to jot down any questions. If you’re planning to move in with a roommate or partner, we encourage them to attend the tour as well.
Leasing & Applications
We rent to anyone who meets our qualifications listed in our Qualifying Criteria during the application process. This includes completing an application for each adult resident (18+) and meeting the income requirements of 2x the base monthly rent as well as credit/background screening.
Applying is easy and streamlined online through our website. Once you find an apartment home that fits your needs, simply click “Lease Now” to be guided through our application process. Remember, our team is always here to help!
Most applications are processed within 48 hours.
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 months to 16 months to fit your timeframe perfectly.
Resident Services & Policies
Yes—proof of renter’s insurance is required before move‑in.
Subleasing is not permitted.
Breathe Easy! Our community is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in any buildings, common areas, or throughout the property.
Parking & Storage
Parking at our community is a breeze! Spots are not assigned and are first-come, first-serve. We do have plenty of parking available throughout the community for residents and guests. Just make sure to keep us updated with your vehicle's information.
Yes—we do offer both garages and storage units within the community. These are dependent on current availability.
Pet Policies
Yes—our community is pet‑friendly. Your dog will love the Bark Park!
Our community has a $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent per pet.
We have a pet weight limit of 85lbs.
Yes, we do have some breed restrictions. These include Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, and Pit Bulls. We do not allow exotic animals.
Maintenance
Maintenance requests are handled quickly by our amazing Maintenance Team. You can submit your Work Order through the Resident Portal or reach out to the Leasing Office, and we will be happy to submit that for you.
Yes—Our Maintenance Team is on call 24/7 for any maintenance emergency.
Examples of a maintenance emergency include major water leaks, electrical hazards, or HVAC issues in extreme temperatures.
Packages & Deliveries
USPS packages are delivered to the mail kiosks or lower parcel lockers. UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliver directly to your apartment door unless specific delivery instructions are provided to the delivery service to deliver to the Leasing Office.
Our office does not accept oversized deliveries. Any large or oversized packages must be delivered directly to your apartment door.
