Pet Policy

We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Pet fees include a $250 pet fee per pet, $100 pet deposit for each pet and $35 pet rent per pet. The weight limit for pets is 85lb. No aggressive breeds allowed.

Applicant has the right to provide Crowne at Timberline with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Crowne at Timberline with a PTSR , Crowne at Timberline is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Crowne at Timberline to access or use the PTSR.
